Monthly HOA Board Meetings on second Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Clubhouse.
Please consider volunteering as a Board Member of your Association. It takes active Owner participation to maintain a wonderful Quality of Life at LSCA.
HOA ASSESSMENT: The Annual Assessment has been increased to $3,180 - this is payable monthly, $265. Please begin to pay the new amount starting April 2025.
Annual Owners’ Meeting
The meeting was postponed due the Weather event on 2/13/25. The new meeting time is:
Thursday, February 20, 2025 at 6:00 p.m
The Annual Owners’ Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 7 pm in the Clubhouse. If you have an item for discussion, please email the Boad of Directors. You must be present at the meeting for the item to be discussed.
If you would like to serve on the volunteer Board, please email the Board by Friday, January 31 and your name will be added to the ballot.
Fall/Winter Preparation
As a Homeowner of a condominium, there are certain things that should be completed as the colder season approaches. The Board emailed everyone a list. Please go over the items and prepare your Unit for the Fall/Winter season.
IMPORTANT OWNERS’ MEETING
There will be an Association meeting on Thursday, August 1, 2024, to discuss the current Fireplace and Chimney appliances and the future of these appliances. A Professional has been invited to discuss the issue and options for the future. Please make every effort to attend and be informed.
