Monthly HOA Board Meetings on second Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Clubhouse.
Summer is Here: Please remember to water the plants around your Unit. We do not have an irrigation system anywhere else in the complex. We want the plants happy and hydrated.
Please consider volunteering as a Board Member of your Association. It takes active Owner participation to maintain a wonderful Quality of Life at LSCA.
Autumn is Here: Time to look around your Unit and begin to prepare for colder days.
Make sure to cover your and your neigbor’s foundation vents with foam covers.
Drain and turn off any outside water spigots if you have shut-off valves in your garage.
Cover water spigots with foam caps.
Ensure any exterior access points to crawlspaces are covered.
Clean off decks - remove dirt from crevices.
Clean up any wet, moldy leaves from your walkways/driveways. There are Yard Debris bins by the Clubhouse for disposal.
Spring is here!
We hope to complete several projects this year to keep our Community pleasing.
Projects:
(1) Restriping the “Fire Lanes” which indicate No Parking and restriping parking spots,
(2) Painting Building 4 (3822 - 3828),
(3) Trimming larger trees, and
(4) Replacing Association fences. Please remember, Owners are responsible for the upkeep of fencing that is beyond the original 6-8 feet of fence.
Annual Owners’ Meeting
Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Clubhouse.
If you have an item for discussion, please email the Boad of Directors. You must be present at the meeting for the item to be discussed.
If you would like to serve on the volunteer Board, please email the Board by Saturday, January 31 and your name will be added to the ballot.
