Monthly HOA Board Meetings on second Thursday of the month at 6:30 pm at the Clubhouse.
Summer is Here: Please remember to water the plants around your Unit. We do not have an irrigation system anywhere else in the complex. We want the plants happy and hydrated.
Please consider volunteering as a Board Member of your Association. It takes active Owner participation to maintain a wonderful Quality of Life at LSCA.
Annual Owners’ Meeting
Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 7:30 pm at the Clubhouse.
If you have an item for discussion, please email the Boad of Directors. You must be present at the meeting for the item to be discussed.
If you would like to serve on the volunteer Board, please email the Board by Saturday, January 31 and your name will be added to the ballot.
Crisp Fall days: Time to look around your Unit and begin to prepare for colder days.
Make sure to cover your and your neigbor’s foundation vents with foam covers.
Drain and turn off any outside water spigots if you have the valves in your garage.
Cover water spigots with foam caps.
Ensure any exterior access points to crawlspaces are covered.
Put away patio furniture.
Fall/Winter Preparation
As a Homeowner of a condominium, there are certain things that should be completed as the colder season approaches. The Board emailed everyone a list. Please go over the items and prepare your Unit for the Fall/Winter season.
IMPORTANT OWNERS’ MEETING
There will be an Association meeting on Thursday, August 1, 2024, to discuss the current Fireplace and Chimney appliances and the future of these appliances. A Professional has been invited to discuss the issue and options for the future. Please make every effort to attend and be informed.
